474 Balance FINE BORING

Engineered for easy precision. Designed for precision and flexibility, the 474 boring head combines automatic balancing with easy adjustment options for efficient fine boring. It is available in an analog version. An enhanced clamping mechanism improves performance while its advanced design minimizes residual imbalance caused by insert holder displacement. The insert holder can also be rotated for reverse machining applications. ▶ Diameter range: 24.50 mm - 205.00 mm (0.964" - 8.071"). ▶ Alu-Line diameter range: 65.00 mm - 205.00 mm (2.559" - 8.071"). ▶ Special coating on Alu-Line provides hard, durable surface. ▶ Alu-Line body reduces tool weight by 50%, reducing stress on the spindle. ▶ Unique internal balancing improves tool life and surface finish. ▶ Max cutting speed: 1,700 m/min (5,577 SFM).
