High Performance and Universal The Universal spade drill is the original design that launched Allied Machine into the holemaking industry. AŌer the T-A® was introduced, customers who already owned the Universal style holders wanted the same benefits offered by the T-A without having to invest in an enƟrely new system. The High Performance (HP) insert was created to provide similar performance as the T-A. The HP insert (along with an adapter for larger sizes) fits into exisƟng Universal style holders.
