464 (465) Balance FINE BORING

Engineered for easy precision. Designed for precision and flexibility, the 464 (465) boring head combines automaƟc balancing with easy adjustment opƟons for efficient fine boring. It is available in an analog version or with a docking port for the 3E TECH+ digital readout module, enabling simple digital adjustments. An enhanced clamping mechanism improves performance while its advanced design minimizes residual imbalance caused by insert holder displacement. The insert holder can also be rotated for reverse machining applicaƟons. ▶ Diameter range: 29.00 mm - 205.00 mm (1.142" - 8.071"). ▶ Alu-Line diameter range: 65.00 mm - 205.00 mm (2.559" - 8.071"). ▶ Special coaƟng on Alu-Line provides hard, durable surface. ▶ Alu-Line body reduces tool weight by 50%, reducing stress on the spindle. ▶ Unique internal balancing improves tool life and surface finish. ▶ Boring heads are available in analog or with a 3E TECH+ digital readout module docking port. ▶ Max cuƫng speed: 1,700 m/min (5,577 SFM).
