537 (538) Cassettes FINE BORING

Experience digital precision boring for yourself. 537 (538) fine boring casseƩes deliver high-accuracy performance and are available in an easy-to-use digital or analog version. The digital version features a docking port for the 3E TECH+ digital readout module, enabling μ-accurate diameter adjustments, while the analog casseƩes provide highly accurate adjustments through the vernier scale. Made from hardened steel, these casseƩes can be used on serrated tool bodies and slides from 100.00 mm to 3255.00 mm (3.937" to 128.150"). The insert holder can also be rotated easily for reverse machining applicaƟons.

▶ Diameter range: 100.00 mm - 205.00 mm (3.937" - 8.071"). ▶ CasseƩe can be used on large diameter serrated slides. ▶ 200.00 mm - 3255.00 mm (7.874" - 128.150"). ▶ Coolant through. ▶ 3E TECH+ module provides a simple digital readout. ▶ Analog version with a vernier scale. ▶ Max cuƫng speed: 900 m/min (2,953 SFM).
