WELCOME

Hello! Welcome to Allied Machine & Engineering and 200 Clubside Drive NW! This is going to be your new home away from home for the next few months, and we trust you will find your stay enjoyable. This condo is conveniently located around many great facilities such as stores, restaurants, and recreational sites. In this document we have outlined some places that might be of assistance to you during your stay as well as useful information on this condo. This is a great community with much to see and do. Make sure you talk to other Allied associates for ideas. We want you to feel right at home and have supplied you with all the comforts that go along with it. If there is anything we have forgotten, please feel free to let us know. One of Allied’s core values is respect for the individual, and we ask that you be respectful of this condo as well. Make sure the home is kept clean and orderly and that all appliances, heaters, TVs, etc. remain in good working condition. Make sure trash and recycling is taken out on the appropriate days.
