F

TiCN • Provides improved surface finish.

45°

G

Standard and suitable for most materials.

May provide improved straightness. Reduce the feed by 40% of the values on the recommended cuƫng data pages.

75°

L

TiAlN • Provides higher heat resistance to improve tool life.

Ideal for through holes. It is possible to increase the feed up to 100% of the values on the recommended cuƫng data pages.

N

20°

Alcrona • Provides excellent wear resistance and can help increase cutting speeds.

30°

T

Suitable for Ɵtanium based alloys.

Suitable for most materials and increases tool life.

Hardcut • Ideal for cast iron and hardened steel applications.
